Background: Over twenty-seven years service in the United States Army; retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from United States Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida in 2007.

Founded Vetmade Industries, Inc. (Non-profit 501c3) in Tampa, Florida.

Member of Business Networks International and are very active as with Congregation Beth Shalom of Brandon. Hank currently serves as the Second Vice President of the congregation and is the Building and Grounds Chairperson. Also, members of the Tampa Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and serve on the Brandon Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee. Active member of the local chapter of the Jewish War Veterans.

Mark Joseph Runge Served in the Regular Army from 1988-1994, when he earned an Honorable discharge.  His main duty station was Ft. Lewis, WA, where he supported the 2nd of the 75th Ranger Battalion and the 1st Special Forces Group as an infantry soldier and Track Vehicle Mechanic.  During Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Mark's task force was attached to the 5th Combat Engineer Group, Heavy. Currently, Mark teaches Upper Division art at Shorecrest Preparatory School, which is located in his current hometown of St. Petersburg, FL.  He is also an Adjunct Professor at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg.  Mark earned his Masters of Fine Art from the University of South FL in 2004.  His army citations are the following: Army Achievement Medal with three Silver Oak Leaf Clusters, Good Conduct Medal, Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Kuwaiti Liberation Medal, SW Asia Campaign Medal with two Bronze Stars.
